RETURN POLICY

All returns must be submitted through our return portal within 7 days of purchase for store credit. A processing fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your store credit for the return shipping label. Any return received without being properly submitted through the portal, will be considered an unauthorized return and will not be processed. Upon receipt of your merchandise at our facility, please allow up to five business days for your return to process should your merchandise be within our return policy conditions. Please note, due to differing financial institutions, it may take additional time for your store credit to be reflected in your account.

Items must be returned in their original condition (tags attached, and unopened box). If returned merchandise does not meet our return policy conditions, you will forfeit compensation and the merchandise will be donated to a local charity. Only merchandise processed and identified on the return platform will be accepted. Any additional items not registered for return will be ineligible for a store credit. 

Items marked Final Sale can not be returned. Toys, Beauty and Sale items are considered final sale.
